Most serviced-office operators in central Stockholm publish prices only per desk, and Helio is the one that also lists a starting price for a private room. At the operators that publish a figure, a flexible desk costs from SEK 3,650 to SEK 6,300 per person per month. A lockable private office for a small team is priced on request almost everywhere. Most published notice periods for serviced offices are one to three months, while an ordinary lease of premises running until further notice has nine months unless a longer period has been agreed.

How five serviced-office operators in Stockholm compare on price and notice

All prices below are per person per month unless stated, as published on each operator’s own website on 1 November 2026.

Operator Lowest published price What that price buys Private office Published notice period
Helio SEK 3,650 (Hornstull) Open membership, a flexible desk in the lounges From SEK 4,000 per person; the exact price is given on request at each location Three months for memberships
7A SEK 3,160 Flex: 5, 10 or 15 days a month Priced by quote Three months for a private office, one month for a lounge membership
Convendum SEK 5,995 (Fleminggatan 18) Full membership with breakfast every weekday, gym and meeting rooms Tailored quote Not published
Norrsken House SEK 4,400 or SEK 6,300, excluding VAT Flex desk every day; the lower price is for impact companies Price on application, minimum four memberships One month for a flex desk, two or three months for a private office
United Spaces SEK 445 per day Day pass to the lounge Price not published Not published

The lowest published figure does not always buy a full-time desk. 7A’s SEK 3,160 buys part-time access; a full Lounge membership with 24/7 access starts at SEK 5,900. Helio’s price also depends on the building: the Open membership costs SEK 3,650 in Hornstull, SEK 5,150 at Slussen and SEK 5,750 at Stockholm City by Hötorget, where a dedicated desk costs SEK 7,750.

What four desks cost per month

For a team of four, the most expensive published option costs more than double the cheapest, from flexible desks at the low end to dedicated desks at the top. Four Open memberships at Helio Hornstull cost SEK 14,600 a month. Four memberships at Convendum on Fleminggatan cost SEK 23,980. Four flex desks at Norrsken House at the standard rate cost SEK 25,200 before VAT, and four dedicated desks at Helio Stockholm City cost SEK 31,000.

A room of your own is quoted separately. United Spaces describes its smallest private offices as 9 to 19 square metres, for teams of two to four, without a price. Helio lists its private studios both from SEK 4,000 per person per month and from SEK 5,000 a month, without saying whether the second figure is per person. Ask for the price per room and per person in writing.

How long the notice period is for a serviced office in Stockholm

Notice periods are short, but they are not identical. Helio’s memberships carry a three-month notice period, and Helio offers longer agreements for private studios. At 7A, a private office normally has three months’ notice, a Big Office six months and a lounge membership one month. At Norrsken House, a flex desk has one month’s notice, the four-person Launchpad Room two months and a larger office for six to twelve people three months.

A conventional lease of premises in Sweden is slower to end. A lease running until further notice ends at the first month end after nine months from the notice, unless a longer period has been agreed. Whether a serviced-office contract counts as a lease in law depends on what it gives you, not on what the product is called. A defined space of your own can be a lease of premises even when it is sold as a membership. Read more about how leases, coworking memberships and virtual addresses differ.

What to check before you sign a serviced-office contract

What the price buys. A day pass, a part-time membership, a flexible desk, a dedicated desk and a lockable room are five different products. Compare the same product across operators.

Minimum seats. Norrsken’s private offices require at least four memberships, so a team of two or three pays for the empty seats.

VAT. Norrsken quotes its prices excluding VAT. The other operators in the table do not say whether VAT is included, so ask before you budget.

Admission and move-in date. Norrsken House reviews applications weekly and selects members for its community, so a place is not guaranteed. Convendum says new members can often move in on short notice, if the office type you want is available.

The notice period for the room, not the membership. Several operators publish a notice period for memberships and offer longer agreements for private offices. Get the notice period for the exact contract you sign.
